The untitled king of the capital city Telvasin. He was elected to act as the city's king, though he doesn't actually acknowledge the title of king. Was a former adventurer. Has a servant named Shadis that has followed him for some time.
Tel’a’zathmir stands 6’2” and is built very slim. His features are very worn, but regal when combined with the resolute look in his blue eyes. His age is hard to place, as his hair is stark white, but the lines of aging seem only beginning to creep onto his face. Though a crown sits in the throne room, none can ever say they’ve seen him wearing it. He tends toward purple robes, and is typically seen carrying a glowing purple orb that seems to pulse with energy. An audience with Tel’a’zathmir is a rare occurrence, as the Lord Mayor Belthanic Madrim tends to be the one announcing the proclamations of the Noble Council. Those summoned to Tel’a’zathmir’s throne room are usually very silent about their meetings with the reclusive king.
